新质生产力引领下新疆高职院校专业布局策略探索——以乌鲁木齐职业大学为例

摘　　要：高校是教育、科技、人才的关键交汇点,肩负着人才培养、科技创新的双重任务,实属新质生产力的“策源地”之一。国家战略性的提出新质生产力概念,为新疆区域经济的健康长久发展指明了前进方向,同时,对新疆高职院校的专业布局提出了前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文以乌鲁木齐职业大学为例,围绕新质生产力,分析其指标要素,对乌鲁木齐职业大学专业布局结构的现状和问题进行论述,提出乌鲁木齐职业大学专业布局的策略建议,以期为新疆高职院校的专业优化提供参考,进而为新疆区域经济的健康持久发展提供有力的人才支撑。Colleges and universities are the key intersection of education,science and technology,and talents,which shoulder the dual tasks of talent training,scientific and technological innovation,and are one of the"birthplaces"of new quality productive forces.The concept of“new quality productive forces”puts forward by the nation as a strategy indi⁃cates the orientation for the long-term development of Xinjiang regional economy.At the same time,it puts forward oppor⁃tunities and challenges for the specialty layout in Xinjiang vocational colleges.This paper studies the current situation and problems of the specialty structure and layout of Urumqi Vocational University by focusing on the new quality productive forces and analyzing its index elements.Meanwhile,it represents some strategic suggestions on the specialty layout of Urumqi Vocational University to provide reference for that of Xinjiang vocational colleges,eventually,providing strong tal⁃ent support for the development of Xinjiang regional economy.
