摘 要:围绕鼠笼式异步电动机的结构、工作原理及其多故障智能诊断技术进行了深入研究。介绍了鼠笼电机的构造和基本工作原理,包括其定子和转子的主要组成部分,以及电机的起动和运行机制。分析了鼠笼电机可能出现的机械和电气性质故障,如转子断条和轴承故障,并推导了相应的故障特征频率分量,阐述了其在故障诊断中的作用。指出了鼠笼电机故障诊断的难点和现有技术的局限性,并提出了基于参数测定和机器学习技术的智能诊断方法。强调了智能故障诊断技术在保障工业生产连续性和安全性方面的重要性,并展望了未来的研究方向和技术发展。The structure,working principles and multi-fault intelligent diagnosis technologies of squirrel-cage induction motor is deeply researched.Firstly,this paper introduces the construction and basic operating principles of the squirrel-cage motors including the primary components of stators and rotors of the motor as well as the starting and operation mechanisms of the motor.Subsequently,this paper analyzes the potential mechanical and electrical faults probably existed in squirrel cage motors such as broken rotor bars and bearing failures,derives the corresponding fault characteristic frequency components,and explains their role in fault diagnosis.And then,this paper points out the difficulties in fault diagnosis of the motor and the limitations of existing technologies,and proposes an intelligent diagnostic approach based on parameter measurement and machine learning techniques.In conclusion,this paper emphasizes the significance of intelligent fault diagnosis technology in ensuring the continuity and safety of industrial production,and looks forward the research direction and technology development in future.
