摘 要:以闽江流域为研究对象,基于2011—2020年闽江流域面板数据,从环境影响、资源消耗、经济效益角度构建投入产出指标体系,采用考虑非期望产出超效率SBM模型和面板空间误差模型,揭示闽江流域生态效率时空演化特征及驱动机制。研究结果表明:闽江流域生态效率均值总体呈下降趋势,生态效率未达到有效水平县(市)占全样本的比重增加,生态效率出现极化现象并形成“低低集聚、高高集聚”空间格局;生态效率空间分布变化显著且存在空间自相关现象,低生态效率区域呈增加趋势,较高生态效率区域呈减少趋势,生态效率表现为下游>中游>上游的空间分布特征;人均地区生产总值对区域生态效率为正向驱动效应,科技水平、产业结构、政府宏观调控对区域生态效率为负向驱动效应。为此,在新发展格局下要推进闽江流域上游、中游、下游协同发展,优化配置创新资源,促进人才区域合理布局,提升流域整体生态效率。Taking Min River Basin as the research object,based on the panel data of Min River Basin from 2011 to 2020,the input-output index system was constructed from the perspectives of enviSpatio-Temporal Dynamic Evolution and Driving Factors of Ecological Efficiency in Min River Basin ronmental impact,resource consumption and economic benefits,and the SBM model and panel spatial error model considering the unexpected output super efficiency were adopted.To reveal the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and driving mechanism of ecological efficiency in Min River Basin,the research results show that:The mean value of eco-efficiency in the Min River Basin is decreasing in general,the proportion of counties(cities)that do not reach the effective level of eco-efficiency increases in the whole sample,and the phenomenon of polarization of eco-efficiency appears and forms a spatial pattern of“low-low agglomeration and high-high agglomeration”;The spatial distribution of eco-efficiency changes significantly and there is a spatial autocorrelation phenomenon,with low eco-efficiency areas showing an increasing trend and high eco-efficiency areas showing a decreasing trend,and eco-efficiency shows the characteristics of downstream>midstream>upstream spatial distribution;The GDP per capita has a positive driving effect on regional eco-efficiency,while the level of science and technology,industrial structure and government macro-adjustment have a negative driving effect on regional eco-efficiency.Therefore,under the new development pattern,It’s necessary to promote the synergistic development of upstream,midstream and downstream of Min River basin,optimize the allocation of innovation resources,and promote the rational layout of talent regions to enhance the overall ecological efficiency of the basin.
