摘 要:频率源作为现代电子设备的一个重要组成部分,其性能直接影响通信系统的主要性能指标,器件小型化的问题也得到了越来越多的关注。设计研究了一种基于垂直互连工艺的宽带频率源,其对外输出为SMP连接器。在Ku波段,输出相位噪声优于-90dBc/Hz@10kHz,杂散抑制优于60dBc,频率步进10MHz。与传统模块相比,采用垂直互连工艺的频率源在小型化模块密排连接方面显示了很大的优势。The performance of frequency source directly affects the main performance indicators of communication systems as an important part of modern electronic equipment,and the problem of miniaturization has also received more and more attention.The design of a broadband frequency source based on vertical interconnection technology is studied,its external output is a SMP connector.In the Ku band,when the frequency step is 10 MHz,the phase noise level is less than-90 dBc/Hz@10 kHz,the spurious suppression better than 60 dBc.Compared with traditional modules,frequency sources using the vertical interconnect process show significant advantages in densely packed connections of miniaturized modules.
