摘　　要：PU(聚氨酯)发泡技术在家具业应用非常广泛,泡沫塑料是近年来发展最快的工业塑料之一,主要应用于沙发和座椅、靠背垫、床垫和枕头以及仿木家具等的制造。本文以仿木家具为例,进行发泡工艺解析,以期为行业发展提供一些参考。PU(polyurethane)foaming technology is widely used in the furniture industry.Foam plastic is one of the fastest growing industrial plastics in recent years,mainly used in the manufacture of sofas and seats,backrest cushions,mattresses and pillows,and imitation wood furniture.This article takes imitation wood furniture as an example to analyze the foaming process,in order to provide some reference for the development of the industry.
