摘　　要：民用无人机行业的快速发展,给我国经济带来了新的发展机遇,但也对公共安全等重大问题方面带来了困扰。本文基于我国汽车行业高质量发展的相关经验,总经了汽车行业管理的内容与流程,梳理了无人机行业的管理现状,包括标准体系、政策法规、主管部门等方面,总结了目前我国无人机行业管理问题,针对问题,给出了管理建议与管理思路,为完善我国无人机管理政策体系提供了借鉴与指导。The rapid development of civilian UAV industry has brought new development opportunities to China’s economy,but it has also troubled public safety and other major problems.Based on the relevant experience of the high-quality development of China’s automotive industry,this paper has reviewed the content and process of the management of automotive industry,and sorted out the management status of the UAV industry,including the standards system,policies and regulations,and competent authorities.It summarizes the current management problems of China’s UAV industry,and proposes management suggestions and ideas targeting on the problems,providing reference and guidance for improving the UAV management policy system of our country.
