摘 要:目的:探讨分析血清维生素D、碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,AKP)水平和儿童营养不良临床相关性。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年6月九江市妇幼保健院收治的75例营养不良儿童作为观察组,选取同期接受健康体检的75例健康儿童作为对照组。制定调查问卷采集入组儿童的基本情况,比较不同程度营养不良儿童与健康儿童的血清维生素D、AKP水平差异,通过受试者工作曲线(Receiver operator characteristic,ROC)分析维生素D、AKP水平的营养不良诊断效能。结果:观察组儿童、中度营养不良儿童及重度营养不良儿童的25-羟维生素D、AKP水平皆低于对照组(P<0.05)。儿童营养不良与血清维生素D、AKP水平均呈负相关(P<0.05)。血清维生素D、AKP水平诊断儿童营养不良的ROC曲线下面积(Areaunder curve,AUC)分别为0.890、0.791。结论:儿童营养不良与血清维生素D水平呈负相关关系,监测血清维生素D水平对于儿童营养不良具有较高的诊断效能,有利于指导临床诊疗。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical correlation between serum vitamin D and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)levels and childhood malnutrition.Methods:A total of 75 malnourished children admitted to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 75 healthy children who underwent health examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.A questionnaire was designed to collect the basic information of the enrolled children,and the differences in serum vitamin D and AKP levels were compared among children with different degrees of malnutrition and healthy children.The diagnostic efficiency of vitamin D and AKP levels on malnutrition was analyzed by receiver operator characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and AKP in the observation group,moderately malnourished children,and severely malnourished children were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There is a negative correlation between malnutrition in children and serum vitamin D and AKP levels(P<0.05).The areas under ROC curves(AUCs)of serum vitamin D and AKP levels for diagnosing malnutrition in children were 0.890 and 0.791.Conclusion:There is a negative correlation between malnutrition in children and serum vitamin D level.Monitoring serum vitamin D level has high diagnostic efficiency on malnutrition in children,which is beneficial for guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.
