基于聚焦解决模式的普拉提训练对脑卒中恢复中期患者肺功能、步态调控及疲劳状况的影响分析

摘  要:目的:探讨基于聚焦解决模式的普拉提训练对脑卒中恢复中期患者肺功能、步态调控能力及疲劳状况的影响。方法:将我院2021年7月至2022年10月期间109例脑卒中恢复中期患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=54)和观察组(n=55)。对照组给予常规功能性电刺激治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于聚焦解决模式的普拉提训练,治疗2m后,观察对比两组肺功能(用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼气量)、步态调控能力(步长偏差、负重对称性、髋膝关节屈伸角度)及疲劳状况疲劳严重度量表情况。结果:与治疗前相比,各治疗组的用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼气量水平均明显升高(P<0.05),其中观察组升高更为显著(P<0.05)。两组患者髋关节屈伸角度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,各治疗组步长偏差水平均明显降低(P<0.05),其中观察组降低更为显著(P<0.05);各治疗组膝关节屈伸角度均明显增大(P<0.05),其中观察组增大更为显著(P<0.05);各治疗组疲劳严重度量表评分均明显降低(P<0.05),其中观察组降低更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:基于聚焦解决模式的普拉提训练应用于脑卒中恢复中期患者可以提升步态调控能力、改善其肺功能和疲劳状况。Objective:To investigate the effects of Pilates training based on focused solving mode on lung function,gait regulation ability and fatigue status of patients in the middle stage of stroke recovery.Methods:A total of 109 patients with mid-stage stroke recovery in our hospital from July 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects:randomLy divided into control group(n=54)and observation group(n=55).The control group was given conventional functional electrical stimulation treatment,and the observation group was given pilates training based on focused solution mode on the basis of the control group.After 2 months of treatment,lung function(forced lung capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second),gait regulation ability(step deviation,weight-bearing symmetry,hip and knee flexion extension Angle)and fatigue severity scale of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in the first second of all treatment groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the increases were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hip flexion and extension Angle between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the step deviation level of all treatment groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in observation group(P<0.05).The knee flexion and extension Angle in all treatment groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the increase was more significant in observation group(P<0.05).The score of fatigue severity scale was significantly decreased in all treatment groups(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pilates training based on focused solving model can improve gait control ability,lung function and fatigue status of stroke patients in the middle stage of recovery.
