艾地苯醌联合复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗对血管性痴呆患者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾地苯醌联合复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗对血管性痴呆(Vascular dementia,VD)患者认知功能的影响。方法:选取2023年1月~2023年12月期间本院收治的VD患者80例作为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用艾地苯醌治疗,观察组采用艾地苯醌联合复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗。分析对比两组的疗效、炎症因子、神经损伤因子、认知功能[简易智能精神状态检查量表(Mini-mental state examination,MMSE)、痴呆程度量表(Clinical Dementia Rating,CDR)]及不良反应。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)、成纤维细胞生长因子(Fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组MMSE评分显著高于对照组、CDR评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:艾地苯醌联合复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗VD,能提升治疗效果,缓解机体炎症状态,减轻神经损伤和痴呆程度,提高患者认知功能,且安全性较好。Objective:To investigate the effects of idbenquinone combined with Cistanche Yizhi capsule on cognitive function in patients with Vascular dementia(VD).Methods:80 patients with VD admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients were randomLy divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).Control group was treated with Idebenquinone,observation group was treated with Idebenquinone combined with compound Cistanzizhi capsule.The efficacy,inflammatory factors,nerve damage factors,cognitive function[mini-mental state examination(MMSE),Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR)]and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group,The levels of TNF-αwere significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MMSE score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and CDR score was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Idbenquinone combined with compound Cistanche Yizhi capsule in the treatment of VD can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the inflammatory state of the body,reduce the degree of nerve damage and dementia,and improve the cognitive function of patients with good safety.
