临时冠修复治疗牙隐裂的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:评价临时冠修复治疗牙隐裂的临床效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2022年1月苏州市中医医院口腔门诊治疗的牙隐裂患者132例(164颗牙)为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组65例(82颗牙)和对照组67例(82颗牙)。试验组进行临时冠修复治疗,对照组进行常规根管治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:临时冠修复牙隐裂可防止牙体折裂,保存患牙,疗效显著。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of temporary crown restoration on dental cleft.Methods:A total of one hundred and thirty-two patients(164 teeth)with cleft teeth treated in the oral outpatient department of Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and sixty-seven patients(82 teeth)were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method.The experimental group received temporary crown repair treatment,and the control group received conventional root canal treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The temporary crown restoration can prevent the fracture of the tooth and save the affected tooth,and the effect is remarkable.
