一次性根管与多次根管治疗根尖周炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析一次性根管与多次根管治疗根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月丽水市莲都区人民医院收治的120例根尖周炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。观察组采取一次性根管治疗方案,对照组采取多次根管治疗方案。对比两组治疗效果、并发症发生率、术后疼痛率、术后6个月咀嚼情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后24 h观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组咀嚼效率、咬合力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取一次性根管治疗方案治疗根尖周炎效果更佳,治疗时间短,疼痛缓解快,能有效改善牙周健康及咀嚼功能,减少并发症的发生。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of one-time root canal and multiple root canal in the treatment of periapical inflammation.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with periapical periodontitis treated in the Lishui Liandu District People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with sixty cases in each group.The observation group received one-time root canal therapy,and the control group received multiple root canal therapy.The treatment effect,complication rate,postoperative pain rate and mastication 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effectiverate of observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);24 h after treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the masticatory efficiency and biting force of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:One-time root canal therapy is more effective in the treatment of periapical inflammation,with short treatment time and quick pain relief,which can effectively improve periodontal health and masticatory function,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
