通天口服液联合阿加曲班治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究急性脑梗死采用通天口服液联合阿加曲班的治疗效果。方法:选取平邑县人民医院2022年7月—2023年7月收治的120例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组与联合组,各60例。常规组采用常规治疗措施,联合组在常规组的基础上加用通天口服液治疗。比较两组患者血液流变学指标、日常生活能力、神经功能、经颅多普勒-大脑中动脉(TCD-MCA)阻力指数以及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,联合组患者的血细胞压积、全血低切黏度与高切黏度水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组日常生活能力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组神经功能及TCD-MCA阻力指数低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于常规组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用通天口服液联合阿加曲班治疗急性脑梗死能改善患者的血液流变学指标,提高生活能力,降低神经功能损伤程度及TCD-MCA阻力指数,疗效显著,值得广泛应用。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Tongtian oral liquid combined with argatroban on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Pingyi County People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into routine group and combined group,with sixty cases in each group.The routine group was treated with conventional treatment,and the combined group was treated with Tongtian oral liquid on the basis of the routine group.Hemorheology,daily living ability,nerve function,transcranial doppler-middle cerebral artery(TCD-MCA)resistance index and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the hemocrit and whole blood low and high tangential viscosity levels of combined group were lower than those of routine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);after treatment,the daily living ability score of the combined group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the neurological function and TCD-MCA resistance index in the combined group were lower than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the combined group was 98.33%,higher than that of the routine group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongtian oral liquid combined with argatroban in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve the hemorheology index of patients,improve the ability of life,reduce the degree of nerve function injury and the resistance index of TCD-MCA.
