柴芍六君子汤治疗脾虚肝郁型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析柴芍六君子汤治疗脾虚肝郁型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年8月海州区人民医院/海州社区卫生服务中心收治的脾虚肝郁型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者96例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各48例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用柴芍六君子汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后口干口苦、胃脘胀满以及反酸嗳气评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ以及血清胃泌素-17水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴芍六君子汤治疗脾虚肝郁型慢性萎缩性胃炎具有良好的临床效果,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen defi⁃ciency and liver depression.Methods:A total of ninety-six patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen deficiency and liver depression treated in Haizhou District People's Hospital/Haizhou Community Health Service Center from March 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with forty-eight patients in each group.The con⁃trol group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction.The thera⁃peutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of both groups were higher after treatment than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of dry mouth,bitter mouth,stomach distension and acid belching in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of pepsinogenⅡ,pepsino⁃genⅠand serum gastrin 17 in two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction has good clinical effect and high safety in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and liver depression.
