摘　　要：从学生个体、辅导员个体、校院层面,以职业规划角度为切入点,对当前涉农专业选调生教育进行了浅析,并针对上述层面提出了相关建议。针对学生个体培养,要将选调生职业规划教育融入学生培养的全过程,帮助学生进一步强化基层就业的观念;针对辅导员个体来说,要不断提升业务水平,做好学生教育、引导和培养;在校院层面,要充分利用各类资源做好学生的全方位选调生职业规划教育。从而在各个方面形成教育合力,进一步提升涉农专业学子投身基层选调的人数和比例,为基层地区带来新鲜活力。This paper analyzes the current career planning education for selected graduates of agriculture related majors from the perspective of students,college counselors and universities.And this paper also puts forward targeted suggestions from the above aspects.First,for students,we should integrate the career planning education for selected graduates into the whole process of student training to help students further strengthen the concept of grassroots employment.Second,college counselors should constantly improve their professional skills to educate,guide and cultivate students.Third,at the university level,it is necessary to make full use of all kinds of resources to develop the all-round career planning education for selected graduates.In this way,the synergy of education can be formed in all aspects,and the number and proportion of selected graduates of agriculture related majors will be further improved,bringing fresh vitality to the grassroots area.
