摘　　要：为全面落实立德树人根本任务,河北工业大学能源与环境工程学院以强化基层教学组织建设为抓手,通过健全组织体系,构建链条式“党建+”引领育人机制,制定教师教学能力全周期培养制度,形成价值引领、知识传输、能力培养的“三位一体”培养模式,打造教学相长的师生学习共同体等多重举措,以促进本科教学内涵发展与人才培养质量持续提升。其中的基层教学组织建设的思想和做法以期为我国同类院校的工科专业教学组织建设提供参考。To fully implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,the School of Energy and Environmental Engineering of Hebei University of Technology,taking strengthening the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations as a starting point,has promoted the development of undergraduate teaching connotation and the continuous improvement of talent training quality through multiple initiatives such as improving the organizational system,building a chain type“Party building+”leading education mechanism,formulating a full cycle training system for teachers’teaching ability,forming trinity education and training mode of value guidance,knowledge transmission and ability training and creating a learning community for teachers and students that benefits both teaching and learning.The ideas and practices of the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations can provide reference for the construction of engineering professional teaching organizations in similar colleges and universities in China.
