摘　　要：在中兴通讯-北京华晟经世有限公司与兰州工业学院共同推进ICT产教融合项目背景下,以“数据通信技术”课程为例,校企双方共同组成教学团队,充分发挥双方优势,从岗位职业素质、科学精神、工匠精神等多个层面挖掘思政元素,以“专业基本素质+专业核心素质+岗位综合素质”为总体设计思路,以岗课赛证为基础,从教学资源、教学内容、教学方法和教学评价四个维度实施课程改革,有效提升教学效果,实现多维度育人目标,并为校企合作的通信工程专业课课程思政建设提供参考。This paper is based on the ZTE of Beijing Huatec Information Technology Co.,Ltd and Lanzhou Institute of Technology jointly promoting the ICT industry-education integration project.Taking the course of“Data Communication Technology”as an example,the school and the enterprise jointly form a teaching team to make use of the advantages of both sides.The ideological and political elements are explored from the aspects of professional quality,scientific spirit,craftsman spirit and so on.The overall route is designed from professional basic quality,professional core quality and post comprehensive quality,which is based on the post,course,competition and certification.In order to effectively improve the teaching effect and achieve the goal of multi-dimensional education,the curriculum ideology and politics construction is carried out in the four dimensions of teaching resources,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.It also provides a reference for the curriculum ideology and politics construction of professional courses of communication engineering cooperated by schools and enterprises.
