摘 要:为了缓解当前大学生毕业就业的相关困境,各个院校积极开启校企合作,相关学习方法也受到影响,做出了一定改变。文章以校企合作视域下“合作学习”在绘画专业教学中的应用为主题展开探究,阐述合作学习的定义与起源,分析合作学习在绘画专业教学的宏观领域与微观领域的应用,指出合作学习在绘画专业教学中教师起到的作用。立足教学层面系统分析校企合作视域下合作学习在绘画专业教学中应用的益处,能够促进学生自身能力的提高。结合教学实践指出未来发展的具体方向,认为将在建立科学的教学机制、深化校企合作以及课程内容的多元化改革等方面获得持续发展,通过教学模式的创新提高课程教学效果,促进学生核心素养的提高。In order to alleviate the current difficulties of graduation and employment,various universities actively start school-enterprise cooperation,and relevant learning methods have also been affected,and certain changes have been made.Cooperative learning is a unique learning method in the teaching of painting major.Students are encouraged to share tasks and resources within the group and achieve learning goals through teamwork.This paper explores the application of"cooperative learning"in the teaching of painting from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,expounds the definition and origin of cooperative learning,analyzes the application of cooperative learning in the macro and micro fields of painting teaching,and points out the role of cooperative learning for teachers in the teaching of painting.On this basis,based on the teaching level,the benefits of cooperative learning in the application of the teaching of painting,which can promote the improvement of students'own ability and promote the development of cooperative learning.Combined with teaching practice,it points out the specific direction of development in the future,and believes that sustainable development will be achieved in the aspects of establishing scientific teaching mechanism,deepening school-enterprise cooperation and the diversified reform of curriculum content,and the teaching effect will be improved through the innovation of teaching mode,and the improvement of students'core literacy will be promoted.
