摘 要:该文介绍了基于数字孪生技术的实验室安全管理智慧平台。平台基础框架包括物理层、技术层、数据层、应用层和交互层,实现实验室安全相关物理实体和硬件系统的虚拟孪生,并以实验室安全大数据为基础开展虚拟仿真安全管理,有效解决危化品全生命周期管理、用电回路与大功率电器预警、气体钢瓶监测、安全数字资产、安全数字统计等问题。数字孪生技术将推动高校实验室管理的数字化转型,探索可复制、可推广和可规模化的发展模式,开启高校实验室安全管理的新生态。[Objective]In this study,we aim to use digital twin technology to develop an intelligent digital twin laboratory safety management platform.This platform’s foundation framework includes physical,technology,data,application,and interaction layers.By establishing virtual twins of laboratory safety-related physical entities and hardware systems,we can leverage laboratory safety big data to conduct comprehensive virtual simulation safety management.This approach can effectively address challenges such as the life cycle management of hazardous chemicals,electric circuit and high-power electrical appliance warning,gas cylinder monitoring,safety digital assets,and data statistics.The goal is to promote the digital transformation of university laboratories and pioneer a replicable and scalable development model.Digital twin technology can open a new ecology of university laboratory safety management.[Method]Yangzhou University’s digital twin laboratory safety management platform has conducted three-dimensional modeling of the buildings and surrounding environments of medium-and high-risk laboratories across the university.With the construction of intelligent hardware and software platforms,the digital twin development of dangerous chemicals,high-temperature equipment,high-power equipment,special equipment,laboratory waste,and other dangerous sources has been conducted.To build a digital twin laboratory security management platform,the above functions are implemented in addition to the hardware(e.g.,infrared thermal imaging camera,intelligent power module,dedicated server,intelligent access control,electronic class plate,and gateway),which mainly includes three software systems:laboratory basic data management system,hazard monitoring management subsystem,and laboratory visual management platform.After more than two years of practice,we have summarized our experiences and future development plans as follows.First,we have been constantly accessing and iterating more advanced hardware equipment.Second,hardware and softw
