摘 要:微生态因子(水、气、热等)常干扰害虫取食、交尾、繁殖等一系列与生长发育有关的行为。采用喷雾(水)和浸水法研究了水对枸杞负泥虫产卵、卵孵化及幼虫生长发育等习性的影响。结果表明,喷雾(水)处理通过环境中湿度和水的作用延缓了枸杞负泥虫成虫产卵始期及产卵历期,抑制了卵的孵化率;干扰了枸杞负泥虫中、大幼虫阶段发育时间及行为活动。水处理对枸杞负泥虫成虫产卵、卵孵化等生殖行为具明显的抑制作用,对幼虫正常行为活动产生了不同程度的影响。Microecological factors(water,air,heat,etc.)often interfere with a series of behaviors related to growth and development of pests,such as feeding,mating,reproduction,etc.The effects of water on the oviposition,egg hatching,and larval growth and development of the Lema decempunctata Gebler were studied using spraying(water)and soaking methods.The results indicate that spraying(water)treatment,by altering humidity and water levels in the environment,delayed the initiation and duration of oviposition in adult Lema decempunctata Gebler and suppressed the hatching rate of eggs,it also disrupted the development time and behavioral activities of medium and large larvae.Water treatments significantly inhibited reproductive behaviors such as oviposition and egg hatching in adult Lema decempunctata Gebler and variably affected the normal activities of larvae.
