摘 要:为探究居民对互联网租赁电动自行车使用意向的影响因素及作用机理,以计划行为理论(TPB)、技术接受模型(TAM)和感知风险理论(PR)为基础,采用多指标多原因(MIMIC)模型,构建了居民对互联网租赁电动自行车的使用意向模型;选择西安市居民为研究对象,采用调查问卷的方式获得618份有效样本,通过构建MIMIC模型进行实证分析。研究结果表明:态度、主观规范、感知有用性和感知风险对使用意向有显著的直接影响;态度和感知有用性作为中介变量,主观规范、感知易用性和感知风险通过态度或感知有用性间接影响使用意向;性别、年龄等个人属性可通过调节心理感知因素间接影响使用意向,其中男性、学历为硕士及以上、家庭结构为2人家庭以上和刚性出行的居民更愿意选择使用互联网租赁电动自行车。研究结论可为城市管理部门和运营企业发展互联网租赁电动自行车提供理论支撑。To investigate the influencing factors and mechanism underlying residents’usage intention of shared e-bikes,this study adopts the theory of planned behavior(TPB),technology acceptance model(TAM),and perceived risk(PR)as the theoretical framework.A multiple indicators multiple causes(MIMIC)model is constructed to model residents’usage intention of shared e-bikes.Taking Xi’an residents as the study objective,a survey questionnaire is conducted to obtain 618 valid samples,and the empirical analysis is conducted using the MIMIC model.The results show that attitude,subjective norm,perceived usefulness,and perceived risk have significant direct effects on usage intention.Attitude and perceived ease of use act as mediating variables,and subjective norm,perceived ease of use,and perceived risk indirectly influence usage intention through attitude or perceived usefulness.Personal attributes such as gender and age can indirectly affect the intention to use by moderating psychological perception factors,among which residents who are male,have a master s degree or above,have a family structure of more than two persons and travel rigidly are more willing to choose to use shared e-bikes.The research findings provide theoretical support for urban management authority and operating enterprise in the development of shared e-bikes.
