数智化时代高校思政课教师教学思维创新的意蕴与图景

摘　　要：党的二十大开启了以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的新征程。要走好新时代新征程,全面建成社会主义现代化强国,需要强化现代化建设的人才支撑。高校思政课教师作为落实立德树人根本任务关键课程的重要责任人,必须立足于数智化时代的特殊境遇,以培养担当中国式现代化建设时代重任、助力中华民族伟大复兴的时代新人为目标引领,创新教学思维,做到由“讲”到“问”、由“独”到“众”、由“予”到“取”。惟有以创新的教学思维为引领,才能顺应时势发展、契合学生需求,及时更新教学理念、革新教学内容、创新教学方法,继而提升教学实效,实现立德树人根本任务,完成为党育人、为国育才的重要使命。The 20th National Congress of the Party has initiated a new journey of promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization.To successfully embark on this new journey in the new era and comprehensively build a socialist modernized powerful country,it is necessary to strengthen the talent support for modernization construction.As important practitioners responsible for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and nurturing talents,college ideological and political education teachers must base themselves on the special circumstances of the digital age.They should aim to cultivate a new generation of individuals who can shoulder the responsibilities of Chinese-style modernization construction and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This can be achieved through innovative teaching thinking,transitioning from a“indoctrinative” mindset to an “demand-based” one.Only by embracing innovative teaching thinking can we adapt to the development of the times,meet the needs of students,update teaching concepts in a timely manner,innovate teaching content and methods,and ultimately improve teaching effectiveness.This will help achieve the expected goal of cultivating morality and nurturing talents,fulfilling the important mission of educating people for the Party and nurturing talents for the country.
