摘　　要：针对1例位于眶下缘下方并紧贴上颌窦前壁内侧的倒置上颌异位尖牙,采用柯-路氏入路行上颌窦外侧壁骨小范围开窗,再利用鼻内镜辅助从上颌窦内进行拔除,并复位固定上颌窦外侧壁骨窗。该病例成功经口内微创拔除罕见眶下区异位牙,术后无明显并发症。A case of an ectopic canine located atypically in the infraorbital area was treated by Caldwell-Luc procedure with a small window on the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus,and the nasal endoscopy was used to assist in the extraction of the ectopic canine,finally the anterior sinus wall repositioned and fixited.In this case,a rare infraorbital ectopic canine tooth was successfully extracted through minimally invasive surgery without significant postoperative complications.
