摘　　要：报道上颌第一磨牙6根管再治疗1例,经显微根管再治疗成功并完成冠部修复。诊治过程提示CBCT及显微镜对于变异多根管的根管治疗至关重要。This paper describes a case of maxillary first molar with 6 root canals.Preoperative CBCT helped to determine the root canal variation and the dental microscope assisted root canal position.The root canal retreatment for the molar was successfully completed and restored with endocrown.This case provides some reference and experience for the re-treatment of variable root canals in maxillary first molars.
