摘 要:采煤机牵引部发生严重过载时,通常采用花键轴在剪切槽处断裂的方法来保护牵引电动机,这种保护方式需要频繁更换花键轴,需要消耗大量的时间与成本。为了解决这一问题,文中提出一种依靠螺栓预紧力作用去保护牵引部的转矩限制器结构,同时进一步对其安全保护作用进行研究。基于某型采煤机参数,通过Creo软件建立三维转矩限制器模型,然后对转矩限制器的关键部件内弹性环、外弹性环、铜套在ABAQUS中柔性化,最后在动力学软件ADAMS中对转矩限制器的工作情况进行分析,得到柔性部件的位移、速度、角速度图。结果表明,该转矩限制器部件铜套在相应的时间里发生打滑,可以起到保护牵引部的作用。该转矩限制器结构设计合理,为采煤机牵引部的安全保护装置设计提供了新的思路。When severe overload occurs in the shearer traction part,the traction motor is usually protected by breaking the spline shaft at the shear groove,which requires frequent replacement of the spline shaft and costs a lot of time and money.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a torque limiter structure which relies on bolt preload to protect the traction part,and further studies its safety protection effect.Based on the parameters of a shearer,a 3D torque limiter model is established using Creo software,and then the internal elastic ring,external elastic ring and copper sleeve of the key components of the torque limiter are flexibilized in ABAQUS.Finally,the working condition of the torque limiter is analyzed in the dynamics software ADAMS,and the displacement,velocity and angular velocity diagram of the flexible components are obtained.The results show that the copper sleeve of the torque limiter component will slip in the corresponding time and play a role in protecting the traction part.It shows that the structure design of torque limiter is reasonable,which provides a new idea for the safety protection device design of shearer traction section.
