摘　　要：某型号舵机在进行修理调试过程中,发出尖锐异响。通过对舵机的构造及工作原理的分析,建立故障树模型,对信号输入、信号转换、信号输出3个模块进行分析检查。最终确定故障部位,确定故障产生原因为胶液凝固尖角划伤活塞杆。为某型号舵机的修理制定了相应措施,避免故障再次发生。A certain type of steering engine issued a sharp noise during the repair and debugging process.By analyzing the structure and working principle of the steering engine,this paper establishes a fault tree model and analyzes and checks the signal input,signal conversion and signal output in three modules.Eventually the fault part is identified,and the cause of the fault is determined to be that the piston rod is scratched by the sharp corners of the solidified glue.The corresponding repair measures are formulated for a certain model of steering engine to avoid the recurrence of the fault.
