摘 要:目的探讨双重血浆分子吸附系统(DPMAS)联合血浆置换(PE)和^(131)I治疗甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)性重度高胆红素血症的临床效果。方法报告1例甲亢性重度高胆红素血症病人,结合相关的文献复习,总结其临床特点及诊治经验。结果本文病人在内科综合治疗的基础上,给予DPMAS联合PE和^(131)I治疗,病人甲状腺功能及肝功能明显好转。结论甲亢性重度高胆红素血症的诊断和治疗较为困难,DPMAS+PE人工肝治疗技术结合^(131)I可能是在内科综合治疗基础上治疗甲亢性重度高胆红素血症的合理选择。Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of double plasma molecular adsorption system(DPMAS)combined with plasma exchange(PE)and^(131)I therapy in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with severe hyperbilirubinemia.[WTHX]MethodsWe reported a case of hyperthyroidism-induced severe hyperbilirubinemia,and reviewed related literature to summarize its clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment experience.Results After comprehensive routine treatment as well as DPMAS combined with PE and^(131)I therapy,the thyroid function and liver function of the patient were significantly improved.[WTHX]ConclusionSevere hyperbilirubinemia due to hyperthyroidism is difficult to diagnose and treat,and DPMAS+PE/artificial liver systems+^(131)I treatment may be an appropriate complement to comprehensive routine treatment.
