摘　　要：加强员工健康管理能够提高员工的工作热情和对企业的忠诚度,助力企业实现可持续发展。以员工健康管理与企业发展之间的关系为切入点,阐述员工健康管理与企业发展之间的内在联系,促使企业关注员工健康问题。分析企业员工健康管理的着力点,提出企业做好员工健康管理的具体举措,并从预算角度提出企业在员工健康管理方面应注意的问题,助力企业实现发展目标。Strengthening employee health management can improve employees'enthusiasm for work and loyalty to the enterprise,and help enterprises achieve sustainability.Based on the relationship between employee health management and enterprise development,this paper expounds employee health management and enterprise development,so as to promote enterprises to pay attention to employee health problems.This paper analyzes the focus of employee health management,puts forward specific measures for enterprises,and analyses the problems that enterprises should pay attention to in employee health management from the perspective of budget,helping enterprises achieve their development goals.
