摘  要:为了解决燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电(CCPP)机组由于多变量、强耦合特性的影响,造成负荷协调控制性能降低的问题,设计了基于遗传算法(GA)的CCPP机组负荷协调控制系统。利用GA算法获取CCPP机组的参数辨识结果,主控制器将与汽轮机指令相关的参数辨识结果下发至汽轮机控制器;与锅炉指令相关参数辨识结果分别下发至风量控制器、给水控制器和燃料最小选择限制控制器,四个子控制器分别将CCPP机组运行的进气量、燃料量、风量以及给水量下发至CCPP机组机炉受控对象,实现CCPP机组负荷的协调控制。系统测试结果表明,GA算法的交叉概率为0.6、变异概率为0.05时,可以获取最优的参数辨识结果,该系统可将CCPP机组的负荷指令变化率控制在1%以内,具有较高的负荷协调控制性能。In order to solve the problem of load coordination control performance degradation of gas steam Combined Cycle Power Plant(CCPP)units due to multivariable and strong coupling characteristics,a load coordination control system of CCPP units based on Genetic Algorithm(GA)was designed.The GA algorithm is used to obtain the parameter identification results of CCPP units,and the main controller sends the parameter identification results related to turbine commands to the turbine controller;The identification results of parameters related to boiler instructions are sent to the air volume controller,water supply controller and fuel minimum selection limit controller respectively.The four sub controllers send the air intake,fuel volume,air volume and water supply volume of CCPP unit operation to the controlled objects of CCPP unit,so as to realize the coordinated control of CCPP unit load.The system test results show that when the crossover probability of GA algorithm is 0.6 and the mutation probability is 0.05,the optimal parameter identification results can be obtained.The system can control the change rate of CCPP unit load command within 1%,and has high load coordination control performance.
