创新驱动发展战略下应用型高校学生工匠精神培育研究

摘　　要：创新驱动发展战略是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑,也是推动经济高质量发展的必然选择。应用型高校培育学生工匠精神时,必须顺应时代要求,优化培养模式,使对学生的培育更符合创新驱动发展战略下对创新型、复合型、应用型人才培养的要求。为此,要建立“全社会”导向新舆论,打造“交叉性”学科新生态,构建“融贯型”培养新模式,形成“开放型”联动新局面,以创新驱动强化工匠精神的综合培育。The strategy of innovation-driven development is the strategic support for building a modern economic system,and it is also an inevitable choice for promoting high-quality economic development.When cultivating students craftsmanship spirit in applied universities,it is necessary to conform to the requirements of the times,optimize the training model,and make the cultivation of students more in line with the requirements for cultivating innovative,composite,and applied talents under the innovation-driven development strategy.To achieve this,it is necessary to establish a new“society-wide”public opinion,create a new“cross-disciplinary”academic environment,construct a new“integrated”training model,and form a new“open”collaborative situation,thus strengthening the comprehensive cultivation of craftsmanship spirit through innovation-driven development.
