摘　　要：重症肌无力(MG)是一种典型的抗体介导的自身免疫性疾病,因较差免疫的存在,常合并多种其他自身免疫性疾病。目前MG患者以合并甲状腺功能异常最为常见,且多伴有甲状腺抗体异常,而有学者发现,部分甲状腺功能正常患者自身抗体也处于阳性状态,且患者甲状腺疾病相关症状严重程度与自身抗体水平有关。本文就MG与甲状腺抗体异常的关系做一综述。Myasthenia gravis(MG)is a typical antibody-mediated autoimmune disease.Due to the presence of poor immunity,patients with MG are often accompanied by a variety of other autoimmune diseases.At present,thyroid dysfunction is the most common in patients with MG,and most patients are accompanied by abnormal thyroid antibodies.Some scholars have find that some patients with normal thyroid function have positive auto-antibodies and the severity of thyroid disease-related symptoms in patients is related to the level of auto-antibodies.This paper reviews the relationship between MG and thyroid antibody abnormality.
