摘  要:脑出血是一种常见的脑血管危重病,探讨脑出血后血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达以及在脑出血后的生物学作用,可为相关研究提供参考依据。本文通过检索国内外相关文献总结VEGF在脑出血发病机制中的作用及治疗,认为VEGF直接保护急性脑出血期间的神经元,其在患者中后期与脑组织修复关系密切,且在脑出血高峰到达之前VEGF已显著上升,说明VEGF可刺激血管生成,对保护神经元有重要作用,明确VEGF对脑出血发病机制研究具有重要帮助。Cerebral hemorrhage is a common cerebrovascular critical disease.Investigating the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)after cerebral hemorrhage and the biological role of VEGF after cerebral hemorrhage can improve the reference basis for related studies.In this paper,the role and treatment of VEGF in the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage were summarized by searching relevant literature at home and abroad.It is believed that VEGF directly protects neurons during acute cerebral hemorrhage,which is closely related to brain tissue repair in the middle and late stage of patients,and VEGF has increased significantly before the peak of cerebral hemorrhage,indicating that VEGF can stimulate angiogenesis and play an important role in protecting neurons,and clarifying VEGF is of great help to the study of the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage.
