摘　　要：不一致性淋巴瘤是淋巴瘤中的罕见情况,是指两种不同类型的淋巴瘤发生于同一患者的不同解剖部位,发病机制仍不明确,组合形式较多,但滤泡性淋巴瘤合并外周T细胞淋巴瘤的组合形式鲜有报道。我院收治一例滤泡性淋巴瘤合并非特指型外周T细胞淋巴瘤的不一致性淋巴瘤,本文将结合文献分析该病例的诊治过程及不一致性淋巴瘤的临床特点。Discordant lymphoma is a rare condition in patients with lymphoma and refers to the occurrence of different types of lymphomas at different sites in the body.The pathogenesis of discordant lymphoma remains unclear.Discordant lymphoma can be a combination of various types of lymphoma,while the combination of follicular lymphoma with peripheral T-cell lymphoma have not been less reported yet.The diagnosis and treatment of a patient with discordant lymphoma who presented with both follicular lymphoma and peripheral T-cell lymphoma were reviewed,and the clinical characteristics of discordant lymphoma were described in combination with the literature.
