摘　　要：髓系肉瘤为骨髓外的任一解剖部位出现由髓系不成熟细胞伴或不伴有髓系成熟细胞组成的肿瘤性团块,可以为白血病的首要临床表现,也可以与白血病同时发生,或以复发的形式出现,也可以是其他血液肿瘤进展的表现。本文报道1例以蝶窦的髓系肉瘤为首发表现的病例,以及该类疾病的诊断和治疗进展。Myeloid sarcoma(MS)is a rare condition that is characterized by the occurrence of one or more tumor masses,consisting of immature myeloid cells presenting at an extra-medullary site.MS can manifest either concurrently,relapse of AML,or as an acceleration or transformation of an antecedent hematological disorder.This report describes a patient of MS with the sphenoid sinus as the first manifestation,and the diagnosis and treatment progress of MS.
