在中国式现代化建设中发挥好资本的作用

摘　　要：马克思对资本的“伟大的文明作用”和历史局限性进行了深入系统的分析,为科学把握社会主义市场经济中资本的特性和行为规律提供了基本理论框架。自工业革命以来,资本不断追逐先进技术和先进生产要素,与之迅速融合,开拓出新产品、新产业、新业态和新组织方式,并演化出新的资本形态。新形态资本同样具有二重性作用。作为一种生产关系和社会化生产的组织方式,资本所容纳的现代生产力还没有充分发挥出来。新发展阶段,要按照中国式现代化的理论和实践逻辑发挥好资本的作用,通过进一步完善社会主义市场经济体制充分激发资本活力,同时根据中国特色社会主义基本原则引导和规范资本的行为,有效抑制其消极作用。Marx made an in-depth and systematic analysis of the"great civilized function"and historical limitations of capital,which provided a basic theoretical framework for scientifically grasping the characteristics and behavioral rules of capital in the socialist market economy.Since the industrial revolution,capital has been constantly chasing advanced technology and advanced production factors,rapidly merging with them,opening up new products,new industries,new formats and new organizational methods,and evolving into new capital forms.The new form of capital also has a dual role.As a production relationship and an organizational way of socialized production,the modern productive forces accommodated by capital have not been fully brought into play.In the new stage of development,we should give full play to the positive role of capital according to the theory and practical logic of Chinese modernization,fully stimulate the vitality of capital by further improving the socialist market economic system,and guide and standardize the behavior of capital according to Socialism with Chinese characteristics basic principles,so as to effectively restrain its negative effects.
