摘　　要：党的十九届六中全会指出:“建立中国特色现代企业制度。”党的二十大报告进一步指出“完善中国特色现代企业制度,弘扬企业家精神,加快建设世界一流企业”。如何建立和完善中国特色现代企业制度,我们认为必须坚持九个原则:符合现代企业制度要求的制度替代原则、企业生产力原则和公司治理原则,建立中国特色现代企业制度必须坚持党的领导原则、党组织融入公司治理原则、党组织在公司法人治理结构中的法定地位原则,优化中国特色现代企业制度环境需要坚持和完善的中国特色社会主义基本经济制度、社会主义市场经济体制、国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee pointed out:"Establish a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics."The report of the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China further pointed out:"Improve modem enterprise system with Chinese characteristics,promote entrepreneurship,and accelerate the construction of world-class enterprises."How to establish and improve the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics?We believe that we must adhere to the nine principles:the principle of institutional substitution,the principle of enterprise productivity and corporate governance that meet the requirements of the modern enterprise system.To establish a modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics must adhere to the principle of the party's leadership,the principle of the integration of the party organization into corporate governance,and the principle of the legal status of the party organization in the corporate governance structure of the company.The optimization of modern enterprise system environment with Chinese characteristics needs to adhere to and improve the basic socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics,the socialist market economy system,national governance system and modernization of governance capacity.
