摘　　要：双阴道双子宫切除手术在临床上较为罕见,该研究总结1例双阴道双子宫合并单侧子宫腺肌症且血型为Rh阴性血的患者围术期的护理经验。护理要点包括:术前做好准备——阴道灌洗、术前访视、多学科协作诊疗、制定手术风险预案、心理护理;术中做好配合——巡回和器械护士的配合、双子宫切除的配合;术后做好护理——安全转运、加快患者术后康复、伤口的护理、盆底肌锻炼、出院宣教等。该患者手术顺利,安全返回病房,术后4 d顺利出院。Double vaginocervectomy is rare in clinics.This study summarized the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with RH-negative blood group and double vagina and double uterus complicated with unilateral uterine adenomyosis.The main nursing care included:preoperative preparation(vaginal irrigation,preoperative visit,multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment,preparation of surgical risk plan,psychological nursing);Good coordination during the operation(cooperation between visiting nurses and instrument nurses,coordination of double uterus);Postoperative care(safe transport,speed up postoperative rehabilitation of patients,wound care,pelvic floor muscle exercise,discharge education,etc).The patient returned to the ward safely and was discharged four days after surgery.
