摘　　要：自我发展是人存在于世界之中,实现更好的个人存在,更好的认知世界,进行实践的重要前提。自我发展在具备重要性的同时也具备着不确定性,在不受约束的情况下,人会完全按照自我的意志而进行发展。但从马克思人学视角来看,人作为一种社会性动物,其自由必然且必须是相对的。对于教育者而言,从马克思人学视角来探讨大学生的自我发展问题不仅不会给大学生的自我发展带来阻碍,反而会由于方向性和可行性的保证而使大学生的自我发展更具有实效性。Self-development is an important prerequisite for people to exist in the world,to realize better personal existence,to better cognize the world and to practice in the world.However,self-development is not only important but also uncertain.In the unrestrained condition,people will develop according to their own will.From Marxism’s point of view,man,who is viewed as a social animal,has inevitable and relative s freedom.This paper explores the self-development of college students from the perspective of Marxism’s anthropology,which will not hinder their selfdevelopment,but make the self-development more eff ective because of the guarantee of its direction and feasibility.
