摘　　要：目的 探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗尾状叶肝血管瘤的疗效及安全性。方法 选取我院16例经超声引导下瘤内注射平阳霉素或博来霉素硬化治疗的尾状叶肝血管瘤患者的临床资料,统计瘤体缩小率、有效率、并发症。结果 16例患者均成功治疗,随访时间3~9个月,瘤体平均缩小率(48.3±14.5)%,显效7例,有效9例,无效0例,总有效率100%。16个病灶共行20次介入治疗,术后出现腹痛3例,恶心、呕吐1例,并发症发生率25.0%。结论 超声引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗尾状叶肝血管瘤安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided percutaneous sclerotherapy in the treatment of hepatic hemangioma of the caudate lobe.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 16 patients with hepatic caudate lobe hemangioma treated with ultrasound-guided injection of pingyangmycin or bleomycin sclerotherapy at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University.Then,the tumor reduction rate,effective rate,and postoperative complica⁃tions were alculated.Results All 16 patients were successfully treated,with a follow-up time of 3~9 months.The average tu⁃mor reduction rate was(48.3±14.5)%,including that 7 cases were significantly effective,9 cases were effective,and nil was in⁃effective.The total effective rate was 100.0%.A total of 20 interventional treatments were performed on 16 lesions,and postop⁃erative abdominal pain occurred in 3 cases,nausea and vomiting in 1 case.The incidence of complications was 25.0%.Conclu⁃sions Ultrasound-guided percutaneous sclerotherapy is safe and effective in the treatment of hepatic caudate lobe hemangioma.
