摘 要:肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)发病率高、侵袭性强、致死率高。术前精准预测其病理分级对手术方案选择和预后评估至关重要。DWI是一种对水分子的扩散特点进行无创成像的技术,扩散张量成像(DTI)可以分析水分子在不同方向的扩散特点,扩散峰度成像(DKI)既可以体现水分子扩散受限程度,又可反映出组织结构复杂性,体素内不相干运动(IVIM)可以同时提供水分子的扩散受限程度及组织灌注视图。影像组学是一种新兴的、发展前景广阔的技术,在肿瘤的病理分级中显示出了其独特的价值。本文主要对DWI及基于DWI技术的影像组学对ccRCC病理分级的研究进展进行综述。Clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)has high incidence,strong invasiveness and high mortality.Accurate pre⁃diction of pathological grade before operation is very important for surgical plan selection and prognosis evaluation.Diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)is a non-invasive imaging technology for the diffusion characteristics of water molecules.Diffusion ten⁃sor imaging(DTI)can analyze the diffusion characteristics of water molecules in different directions.Diffusion kurtosis imaging(DKI)can reflect not only the degree of limited diffusion of water molecules,but also the complexity of organizational structure.Introvoxel incoherent motion(IVIM)can provide a view of both the diffusion limitation of water molecules and tissue perfusion.Radiomics is a new and promising technique,which has shown its unique value in the pathological grading of tumors.This paper mainly reviews the research progress of various DWI techniques and radiomics based on DWI technology in the pathological grad⁃ing of ccRCC.
