摘　　要：“双减”政策的实施有效推动了我国青少年体育的改革进程,青少年体育培训作为非学科类课外培训活动的重要组成部分,也迎来了新的发展机遇。“双减”政策下,我国青少年体育培训发展面临如下挑战:管理部门介入无序,参与主体协同程度不高;市场准入制度宽松,体培硬件条件参差不齐;课程供给同质化较高,服务对象需求难以满足;违规营销现象频发,正常市场秩序面临冲击。提出构建多元主体监管体系,优化体育培训发展生态;健全体育培训机构资质认定机制,提升市场准入门槛;提高体育培训课程供给质量,满足不同消费群体需求;规范体育培训机构经营管理,建立良好市场信誉体系。The implementation of the“Double Reduction”policy has effectively promoted the reform process of youth sports in China,and youth sports training,as an important part of non-disciplinary extracurricular training activities,has also ushered in new development opportunities.Under the policy of“double reduction”,the development of youth sports training in China is facing the following challenges:disordered involvement of the management department and low degree of synergy among the participating subjects,loose market access system and uneven hardware conditions for physical training,high homogenization of curriculum supply and difficulty in meeting the needs of service users,frequent occurrence of illegal marketing phenomenon and impact on the normal market order.It is proposed to build a multi-body regulatory system to optimize the development ecology of sports training,to improve the qualification mechanism of sports training institutions to enhance the market access threshold,to improve the quality of sports training course supply to meet the needs of different consumer groups,to regulate the operation and management of sports training institutions and to establish a good market reputation system.
