摘 要:员工对美好生活的追求与企业实践的需要,使工作与家庭平衡问题成为当下理论研究的热点。在当前数字化时代背景下,如何实现员工工作与家庭平衡,已经成为物流企业解决实践乏力、增强竞争力的一个重要突破口。文章采用问卷调查法,以318位物流企业的员工作为研究样本,分析了物流企业员工的正念对其工作-家庭平衡的影响作用,以及工作-家庭边界弹性的中介作用和社会支持的调节作用,为物流企业促进员工工作-家庭平衡提供了理论依据和实践启示。The pursuit of a better life by employees and the need for corporate practice have made the issue of work family balance a hot topic in current theoretical research.In the current era of aging in the country,how to achieve a balance between work and family for employees has become an important breakthrough for logistics enterprises to solve their lack of practical skills and enhance their competitiveness.The article uses a questionnaire survey method,using 318 employees of logistics enterprises as research samples,to analyze the impact of mindfulness on their work family balance,as well as the mediating effect of work family boundary elasticity and the moderating effect of social support.This provides theoretical basis and practical inspiration for logistics enterprises to promote employee work family balance.
