摘  要:随着现代消费方式的快速升级、食品安全意识的不断提高以及电子商务的蓬勃发展,人民对生鲜商品的需求日益增大,农村电商冷链物流配送也愈显重要。因此,从绿色供应链视角研究农村电商冷链物流配送体系的绿色创新,具有较大的现实意义与应用价值。文章从农村电商、冷链物流、配送体系、绿色供应链等理论探讨入手,首先设计农村电商冷链物流配送体系评价指标;然后运用熵权法结合模糊综合评价法测算各项指标的权重与得分,并进行评价和分析;最后在此基础上,构建农村电商绿色供应链的战略运作模式,制定农村电商冷链物流配送的绿色创新策略。With the rapid upgrading of modern consumption mode,the continuous improvement of food safety awareness and the vigorous development of e-commerce,people's demand for fresh goods is increasing,and rural e-commerce cold chain logistics distribution is also becoming increasingly important.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and application value to study the green innovation of rural e-commerce cold chain logistics distribution system from the perspective of green supply chain.This paper starts from the theoretical discussion of rural e-commerce,cold chain logistics,distribution system,green supply chain,etc.,and first designs the evaluation indicators of rural e-commerce cold chain logistics distribution system;then it uses the entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the weight and score of each index,and carries out evaluation and analysis;finally,on this basis,this paper constructs the strategic operation mode of rural e-commerce green supply chain,and formulates the green innovation strategy of rural e-commerce cold chain logistics distribution.
