“双高计划”建设绩效评价指标的实践研究——以广州番禺职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：教育部办公厅和财政部办公厅下发的关于开展中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划中期绩效评价工作的通知,对中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划中期绩效评价。广州番禺职业技术学院双高中期绩效评价的结果等级为优。绩效指标的设定是否合理影响到绩效评价的结果。广州番禺职业技术学院“双高计划”建设中期绩效评价工作的5个重点产出指标:打造技术技能人才培养高地、打造技术技能创新服务平台、打造高水平双师队伍、提升校企合作水平、提升国际化水平的数量和质量指标的取舍,对其他高职学校有一定的借鉴作用。The notice issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Finance on the mid-term performance evaluation of high-level vocational schools and professional construction plans with Chinese characteristics is aimed at evaluating the mid-term performance of high-level vocational schools and professional construction plans with Chinese characteristics.The result of the mid-term performance evaluation of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic’s“Double High Plan”is rated as excellent.Whether the setting of performance indicators is reasonable affects the results of performance evaluation.The five key output indicators for the mid-term performance evaluation of the“Double High Plan”construction of Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic are:creating a highland for cultivating technical and skilled talents,creating a platform for technical and skilled innovation services,building a high-level dual teacher team,improving the level of school enterprise cooperation,and enhancing the level of internationalization.The selection of quantity and quality indicators can provide some reference for other vocational schools.
