摘 要:心理健康已经逐渐成为英国人民非常关注的公共卫生问题,据统计每年心理健康问题会给英国经济带来至少60亿英镑的损失,其中英国中小学生心理健康问题尤为严重。本文首先梳理了英国中小学生心理健康问题现状及发展趋势;进而详细介绍英国以政府为中心,教育部、卫生部、社会服务部门等多部门联动的管理体系构建,包括政策制定和资源投入情况;其次阐述了英国学校为中小学生提供的心理健康服务,包括政策指导、师资配置、课程体系设置以及家校社合作体系;并整合了英国数字化心理健康服务渠道,包括一系列网站平台和应用软件,以及网络社区互助支持服务。分析英国在中小学生心理健康领域的政策和实践经验,可以为我国相关研究和实践提供有益参考,促进全社会对中小学生心理健康问题的重视和支持。Mental health has gradually become a significant public health concern in the UK,with statistics showing that mental health issues cost the UK economy at least 6 billion annually,with particular severity among mental health issues of primary and secondary school students.This paper first outlines the current status and trends of mental health issues among primary and secondary school students in the UK;it then provides a detailed description of the government-centered management system in the UK,involving collaborative efforts from the Department of Education,Department of Health,social services departments,and others,including policy formulation and resource allocation.Furthermore,it discusses the mental health services provided by schools for primary and secondary school students in the UK,covering policy guidance,teacher allocation,curriculum development,and home-school-community collaboration systems.Additionally,it integrates digital mental health service channels in the UK,including various websites,applications,and online community support services.The aim of this paper is to reveal the policies and practices in the field of mental health among primary and secondary school students in the UK,aiming to provide valuable insights for related research and practices in our country and to promote societal attention and support for mental health issues among primary and secondary school students.
