摘 要:针对实际测量中设备观察口有限、对于特定位置或受背景辐射影响较大位置的温度测量问题,设计了一种共焦辐射微孔相机,将共焦技术与光学层析技术相结合,利用格林函数的双调和算子插值算法重建全场火焰温度.首先,介绍了共焦辐射微孔相机测温的基本原理,对该相机的聚焦位置及聚焦系数进行了实验标定,并用黑体炉标定了共焦辐射微孔相机的测量信号与火焰辐射强度之间的关系;最后通过层析算法和格林函数双调和插值算法对火焰温度场进行重建.结果表明:共焦辐射微孔相机测量重建结果与燃烧温度场的分布趋势大致相同,重建误差不高于10%,具有较好的灵活性和良好的抗噪性.Aiming at the problem of limited observation ports,specific locations and locations that are greatly affected by background,a confocal radiation microporous camera is designed.The flame temperature is reconstructed using optical sectioning tomography and the bimodal sum operator interpolation algorithm of the Green's function.Firstly,the basic principle of temperature measurement by confocal radiation microporous camera was introduced.The focusing position and focusing coefficient of the camera were experimentally calibrated.The relationship between the measurement signal of the confocal radiation microporous camera and the intensity of the flame radiation was calibrated with a blackbody furnace.Finally,the flame temperature field was reconstructed by the optical sectioning tomography and the bimodal sum operator interpolation algorithm of the Green's function.The results show that the reconstruction results of the confocal radiation microporous camera are roughly consistent with the distribution trend of the combustion temperature field,and the reconstruction error is less than 10%.It has good flexibility and noise immunity.
