伢典三代凝胶微创治疗乳磨牙深龋的效果及对疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的探析伢典三代(CarisolvⅢ)凝胶微创治疗乳磨牙深龋的效果及对疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2021年8月-2023年2月昆山市中西医结合医院收治的80例乳磨牙深龋患儿作为研究对象,以治疗不同手段为依据分组,对照组(40例,52颗患牙)接受牙钻去龋传统疗法,观察组(40例,54颗患牙)接受CarisolvⅢ凝胶微创疗法,分析两组治疗情况。结果治疗后,观察组优良率(98.15%)较对照组(88.46%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.614,P<0.05),观察组疼痛情况较对照组优,牙髓活力较对照组佳,远期并发症较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论乳磨牙深龋患儿接受CarisolvⅢ凝胶微创疗法取得了远期疗效更佳,并发症就更少。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Carisolv Ⅲ gel for the minimally invasive treatment of deep caries of deciduous teeth and its effect on pain degree.Methods A total of 80 patients with deep deciduous tooth caries who were treated in Kunshan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from August 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and grouped according to different treatment methods.The control group(40 cases,52 affected teeth)received traditional dental drilling to decayed caries,and the observation group(40 cases,54 affected teeth)received Carisolv Ⅲ gel minimally invasive therapy.The treatment between two groups was analyzed.Results After treatment,the excellent and good rate of observation group was 98.15%,higher than that of control group 88.46%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.614,P<0.05).Compared with control group,the pain,pulp activity of observation group were better,and the long-term complications was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with deep deciduous molar caries who received minimally invasive therapy with Carisolv Ⅲ gel achieved better long-term outcomes and fewer complications.
