摘 要:脂代谢紊乱与乳腺癌的发生发展及预后密切相关。探索血清脂质相关指标、降脂药物对乳腺癌发病及预后的影响,有助于寻找乳腺癌新的生化标志物,发现新的治疗靶点并对其进行更精准的个体化治疗。本文通过查阅相关文献,就血清脂质相关指标与乳腺癌之间的关系做一综述,为深入研究乳腺癌的发病机制及乳腺癌的预防、诊断及治疗提供新的方向。Lipid metabolism disorder is closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of breast cancer.Exploring the impact of plasma lipid-related indexes and lipid-lowering drugs on the incidence and prognosis of breast cancer is helpful to find new biochemical markers of breast cancer,discover new therapeutic targets and conduct more accurate individualized treatment.This article reviews the relationship between serum lipid-related indexes and breast cancer by consulting relevant literature,which provides a new direction for in-depth study of the pathogenesis of breast cancer and the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
