摘　　要：王旭高《西溪书屋夜话录》作为有名的论治肝病专著,赋有创造性的提炼出了从“气、火、风”三个方面治疗肝病的理法方药,而胆为肝腑,胆汁由肝之余气化生,肝胆“一阴一阳,一表一里”,肝胆相照作为有名的中医学说,便知其在生理病理上的关系紧密相连,此文则将通过论述从“气、火、风”三个层面治肝,由此引申分析治疗胆腑病思路,为中医在临床治疗胆腑类疾病拓宽辨证施治思路,以及更好的选方用药。Objective:As a famous monograph on the treatment of liver diseases,WANG Xugao’s“Xixi Shuwu Yehualu”has creatively extracted the principles and prescriptions for the treatment of liver diseases from the three aspects of“Qi,fire and wind”.Gallbladder is the liver Fu-organ,bile is generated by the rest of the liver,and livergallbladder“one Yin,one Yang,one Surface,one Li”.As a famous theory of traditional Chinese medicine,liver-gallbladder is closely related in physiology and pathology.This article will discuss from the“Qi,fire,wind”three levels of liver treatment,thus extending the analysis of the treatment of bile Fu diseases ideas,for the Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of bile Fu diseases to broaden the dialectical treatment ideas,and better choice of medicine.
