愈灵液对乳腺癌术后皮瓣恢复影响的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察愈灵液对乳腺癌术后皮瓣恢复的临床效果。方法:将2018年1月—2022年1月,安徽中医药大学附属滁州中西医结合医院普外科行乳腺癌改良根治术40例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。两组患者均予以相同的改良根治手术以及术后相同的护理方式,对照组采用常规碘伏消毒,观察组在对照组基础上加用愈灵液外敷换药,每三天换药一次,观察15天内住院期间患者皮瓣愈合情况。结果:观察组20例患者皮瓣均无坏死,总有效率100%,对照组无坏死15例,轻度坏死4例,中度坏死1例,总有效率75%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.047)。结论:愈灵液能有效减少皮瓣坏死的发生,促进皮瓣恢复,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yuling liquid on skin flap recovery after breast cancer surgery.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2022,40 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in the Department of General Surgery,Chuzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 20 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received the same modified radical surgery and the same postoperative care.The control group used routine iodophor disinfection.The observation group added Yuling liquid for external application and dressing change on the basis of the control group.The dressing was changed every three days.Observation Patient flap healing during 15 days of hospitalization.Results:There were no necrosis in the skin flaps of the 20 patients in the observation group,and the total effective rate was 100%.In the control group,there were 15 cases without necrosis,4 cases with mild necrosis,and 1 case with moderate necrosis.The total effective rate was 75%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.scientific significance(P=0.047).Conclusion:Yuling liquid can effectively reduce the occurrence of skin flap necrosis and promote skin flap recovery,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
