摘  要:目的探讨团体式沙盘游戏心理干预对提升心血管科护士自我同情、专业生活品质及工作满意度的影响。方法于2021年1—6月对东莞市二三级综合医院与专科医院的心血管科护士进行调研分析,选择专业生活品质量表(proQOLR-V)评分≥43分(中重度)护士312名为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将入选对象分为对照组与观察组,每组156例。对照组为空白对照,不进行任何干预,观察组采用团体式沙盘游戏进行心理干预。比较2组护士干预前后的自我同情、专业生活品质及工作满意度评分情况。结果观察组护士干预后汉化中文版自悯量表的自我评判、孤立感维度评分均低于干预前,自我友善、普遍人性感、正念维度评分及自我同情总分高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护士干预后汉化中文版自悯量表的自我评判维度评分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士干预后第5版专业生活品质量表(proQOLR-V)的慈心满意维度评分高于干预前,工作倦怠、二次创伤维度评分低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护士干预前后proQOLR-V量表3个维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护士干预后护士工作满意度评定量表的个人成长及发展、工资及福利、工作被认可、与同事关系、管理、家庭/工作的平衡、工作本身、工作负荷8个维度评分及总分均低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护士干预前后护士工作满意度评定量表各维度评分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论团体式沙盘游戏心理干预有助于提升团队凝聚力、护士自我同情心、职业认同感,从而提高护士专业生活品质及工作满意度。Objective This study aimed to explore the impact of group sandplay games as a psychological intervention on increasing self-compassion,professional quality of life,and job satisfaction among cardiovascular nurses.Methods From January to June 2021,a survey and analysis were conducted on cardiovascular nurses from secondary and tertiary comprehensive hospitals and specialized hospitals in Dongguan City.A total of 312 nurses with a Professional Quality of Life Scale(proQOLR-V)score of no less than 43(moderate to high)were selected as the study participants.They were assigned to a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 156 nurses in each group.The control group received no intervention,while the observation group underwent psychological intervention using group sandplay games.The self-compassion,professional quality of life,and job satisfaction scores of the nurses in both groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the self-judgment and isolation dimension scores of the observation group,as measured by the Chinese version of the Self-Compassion Scale,were lower than before the intervention,while the self-kindness,common humanity,mindfulness dimension scores,and total self-compassion score were higher than before the intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the control group,the self-judgment dimension score of the Chinese version of the Self-Compassion Scale was significantly higher after the intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group had higher scores in the compassion satisfaction dimension of the proQOLR-V(5th edition),and lower scores in the burnout and secondary traumatic stress dimensions compared to those before intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences were found in the scores of the three dimensions of the proQOLR-V scale in the control group before and after intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group had significantly lower scores in eig
